No dramas. Just email us at thepepply@gmail.com within 3 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.

How long does it take to make my case?

Each piece is made-to-order, just for you (yep – no waste, no stockpiles). Our team in Australia, the US, UK, and Germany brings your design to life in 2–5 business days. A couple of quick notes:

  • The day you place your order doesn’t count toward production time.
  • Express shipping = faster shipping once your item’s made (not faster printing).

Thanks for your patience! Good things (and sustainable ones) take a little extra time.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Absolutely. Choose your preferred currency from the dropdown menu at the bottom of our site – we support USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, SGD, and more.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

How protective are your cases?

  • Our protective cases are drop tested, double-layered, feature raised screen/camera edges, and offer 360° protection with impact resistance and shock dispersion technology.
  • Our clear cases are drop tested, feature raised screen/camera edges, and offer 360° protection with its 4-corner air cushions.
  • Our AirPod cases offer impact absorbing technology and 360° protection from bumps, drops, and scratches.

Do they protect the screen?

Yep – It has raised edges to help keep your screen off flat surfaces. We always recommend a screen protector too, just to be safe.

What are the cases made of?

Each case is made using our unique 3D printing process that embeds the design into a tough polycarbonate shell. It’s glossy, vibrant, and won't fade.

Is it a sticker?

No way. Our designs are fused into the case with next-gen printing – no peeling, no bubbles, no craft glue.

The colour looks different from what I designed. Why?

What you see on screen (RGB) will always look slightly different to what’s printed (CMYK).

Allow 5–8% colour variance. If it seems way off, email the pepply@gmail.com – we’ll help sort it out.

Does colour vary across different products?

A little, yes! Matte vs gloss, fabric vs plastic – all these surfaces take ink differently. If it’s a big mismatch, email us thepepply@gmail.com and we’ll take a look.

MagSafe & Wireless Charging

Yes, we have MagSafe versions available! Our cases are also compatible with most wireless chargers, so you can power up with ease. We want to make sure your charging experience is as seamless and chic as your style.

Can I use a MagSafe case with a magnetic car mount?

Yes! Our MagSafe ring gives a stronger grip. But since it's still magnetic (not glued), don’t rely on it for wild off-road driving.

Do all your iPhone cases support MagSafe?

Only MagSafe ones do. Other cases allow wireless charging, but don’t magnetically snap or support MagSafe accessories.
